On the establishment of such a case where: a developer, a technical customer, a person providing or preparing an investment justification study, and / or a person in charge of operating a major construction facility is provided with the organization and maintenance of the information model of the major construction facility.

In accordance with Part 1 of Article 57 of the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Russian Federation states:

Establish that the organization and maintenance of the information model of the major construction facility is provided by the developer, the technical customer, the person providing or preparing an investment justification study, and / or the person in charge of operating a major construction facility, if the agreement on the preparation of design documentation for the construction, reconstruction of the major construction facility, financed with the involvement of funds from the accounting system of the Russian Federation, was concluded after January 1, 2022. Exception is to be made for major construction facilities built in the interests of the defense and security of the state.
